- Needs assessment (short-form scoping) to identify key learning goals and skill gaps
- Custom training plan – e.g.:
  
    - Session 1: HubSpot fundamentals and navigation
    - Session 2: Hub-specific training (Sales, Marketing, or Service)
    - Session 3: Reporting, dashboards, and optimisation tips
- Delivery sessions:

  Yes. After training, we can support you to embed what’s been learned, troubleshoot issues, and keep HubSpot running well. Support is available via retainer or a block of hours, and we can keep the same consultant involved for continuity.

  We start with a short discovery to understand your team, processes, and goals. Training is then tailored to your pipelines, real use-cases, and any key integrations (e.g. HubSpot + OrderWise).
