123Insight and HubSpot integration
The 123Insight connector is coming soon. It is planned to bring 123Insight customers, parts, quotations, sales orders and invoices into HubSpot, and to let your team create and update records in 123Insight from HubSpot workflows.
Best for Manufacturers running 123Insight who sell from HubSpot.
Planned
- Planned: scheduled sync into HubSpot of customers and suppliers (HubSpot companies), contacts, parts (HubSpot products), quotations (HubSpot deals), sales orders (HubSpot orders) and sales invoices (HubSpot invoices), with their lines.
- Planned: HubSpot workflow actions to create and update customers, contacts, parts and sales orders, create quotations, and add or edit line items.

How it connects
On-premises: a small OW Sync Bridge agent installed on your server connects out to OW Sync, so no inbound firewall changes are needed.
What you need
A SQL Server login for your 123Insight database, held on your own server by the Bridge.
Good to know
- Planned write-back needs 123Insight’s SDK Toolkit, a paid add-on from 123Insight.
- The Bridge agent needs a Windows server on your network with outbound internet access.
Questions
Fair questions
How will OW Sync reach 123Insight on our server?
123Insight has no API, so OW Sync will use the OW Sync Bridge: a small agent installed on a Windows server in your network. It reads your 123Insight database and connects out to OW Sync over HTTPS, so you do not need to open any inbound firewall ports or expose your database.
Will we be able to write back to 123Insight?
That is the plan. Write-back is planned through HubSpot workflow actions, using 123Insight’s own SDK Toolkit, which is a paid add-on from 123Insight. Quotations are planned as create-only, because the toolkit cannot amend them, and sales orders can only be updated while they are firm orders.
When do syncs run?
Scheduled syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, as often as your plan allows. On Advanced, you can also switch on weekend syncs. Workflow actions run whenever your HubSpot workflow triggers them.
Who builds and supports OW Sync?
Cogent does. OW Sync is our own connector range, built and supported by our team in the UK. If you need more than the connector does out of the box, we can scope custom work or a full HubSpot project around it.
