Is the Intact iQ / GenetiQ connector available now?
Not yet. It is on the OW Sync roadmap, but what it syncs and how it connects have not been fixed. If you run Intact iQ or GenetiQ and want to link it to HubSpot, talk to Cogent about what you need and we will tell you where the connector stands.
Who builds and supports OW Sync?
OW Sync is built and supported by Cogent in the UK. When the Intact iQ / GenetiQ connector is released, it will work like our other ERP connectors: HubSpot’s standard objects with properties starting owsync_, scheduled syncs on working days between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, and credentials stored encrypted.
When do syncs run?
Scheduled syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, as often as your plan allows. On Advanced, you can also switch on weekend syncs. Workflow actions run whenever your HubSpot workflow triggers them.
Who builds and supports OW Sync?
Cogent does. OW Sync is our own connector range, built and supported by our team in the UK. If you need more than the connector does out of the box, we can scope custom work or a full HubSpot project around it.
