Every deal worked, not just the top five

AI agents that build a gameplan for every deal and do the follow-up work, inside HubSpot.

About Arrows

What it does

Arrows writes down how your best reps sell as a playbook, then builds a gameplan for every open deal from it: what should happen next, and when. The plan updates as the deal changes, so deals do not go quiet because a rep was busy elsewhere.

Its agents do the work around each step without being asked: a brief before each call, a follow-up email after it, CRM updates, and a nudge when a deal stalls. Reps check and send instead of starting from a blank page. It runs as a HubSpot app, with sales rooms created from the deal and activity on the HubSpot timeline.

Where it fits with Cogent: For sales teams with more deals than time. It works from the HubSpot data we set up, and writes back to it.

Use cases

Where Arrows helps

  • Arrows playbook setting up a daily brief and pre-call briefs

    01

    Walking into every call prepared

Each morning reps get a brief on the day’s calls, the actions due and the deals at risk, with the questions to ask.

  • Arrows workspace with a drafted follow-up email and CRM updates after a call

    02

    Follow-up sent the same day

After a call, Arrows drafts the recap email, updates HubSpot and refreshes the deal plan, ready for the rep to check and send.

  • Arrows gameplan for a deal with next steps ready for the rep

    03

    Keeping quiet deals moving

Deals with no next conversation are flagged and given a next step, so the deals outside a rep’s top five still get worked.
