Good to know
- Endole is available on Standard and Advanced; credit checks, financials, county court judgments and shareholders need Advanced.
- Each lookup uses your own Endole credits, from 1 credit for a company search to 20 or more for shareholders, judgments and credit checks.
- Endole allows 100 requests every 10 minutes, so HubSpot retries workflow steps that hit the limit.
- Endole runs through workflow actions only; there is no scheduled sync.

Fair questions
Does Endole sync on a schedule?
No. Endole works through HubSpot workflow actions. You decide when a lookup runs, for example when a new company is created or reaches a lifecycle stage. Each action fetches the data from Endole and hands it back to the workflow, so you control exactly which records use credits.
How do Endole credits work?
Every lookup is charged by Endole against your own pre-paid Endole credits. A company search or profile costs 1 credit and a VAT check 5. Financials cost 10, judgments and shareholders around 20, and a credit check 30. A judgment check with no judgments found is free.
Can it add officers and shareholders to HubSpot?
Yes. Sync company officers can add a company’s active officers as HubSpot contacts linked to that company. Sync company shareholders can link existing shareholder companies or contacts, or create them if you switch that option on. Both run as workflow actions on the company you choose.
What do we need to connect?
An Endole API key, which you can create yourself in your Endole dashboard, plus Endole credits to spend. The key is stored encrypted. Endole is available on the Standard and Advanced plans, and OW Sync is built and supported by Cogent in the UK.
How do we install the Endole connector?
Choose Install on HubSpot, pick your HubSpot account and approve OW Sync’s access. OW Sync then asks for your contact and company details and takes you through connecting Endole. Setup includes creating the HubSpot properties and checking the first sync with you.
When do syncs run?
Scheduled syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, as often as your plan allows. On Advanced, you can also switch on weekend syncs. Workflow actions run whenever your HubSpot workflow triggers them.
