- Numerik does not publish rate limits, so OW Sync waits and retries when Numerik asks it to slow down.

Which way does data flow?
Both ways, on a schedule. OW Sync sends HubSpot companies, contacts, products, deals and sales lines to Numerik, so your field team works from HubSpot’s data. Notes and tasks your team logs in Numerik come back into HubSpot and are linked to the right company or contact.
Where do the sales figures in Numerik come from?
From HubSpot line items. You choose whether OW Sync reads them from HubSpot orders or HubSpot invoices, and pick the line item property that identifies each line. OW Sync then sends them to Numerik as sales data, alongside the companies, contacts, products and deals they relate to.
What do we need to connect?
A Numerik API key. It does not expire, so there is nothing to renew, and it is stored encrypted. Numerik is available on the Standard and Advanced plans. Syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, and at weekends on Advanced with weekend sync switched on.
Does it create custom objects in HubSpot?
No. OW Sync uses HubSpot’s standard objects: companies, contacts, deals, products, line items, notes and tasks. It adds a small set of its own properties, all starting with owsync_, so they are easy to spot and your existing HubSpot set-up stays as it is.
How do we install the Numerik connector?
Choose Install on HubSpot, pick your HubSpot account and approve OW Sync’s access. OW Sync then asks for your contact and company details and takes you through connecting Numerik. Setup includes creating the HubSpot properties and checking the first sync with you.
When do syncs run?
Scheduled syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, as often as your plan allows. On Advanced, you can also switch on weekend syncs. Workflow actions run whenever your HubSpot workflow triggers them.
