Scheduled syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time. Setup includes connecting your accounts, creating the HubSpot properties and checking the first sync with you.

Can we choose which projects sync?
Yes. OW Sync captures the searches you run in Glenigan’s own search tool as saved queries, and those queries decide which projects come into HubSpot. Each query runs on its own schedule. Exclusion rules let you leave out records that match conditions you set. The companies and contacts linked to those projects come across with them.
Do projects go into a custom object?
No. Projects land in HubSpot’s standard projects object by default, or in listings if you prefer; you choose at setup. Companies and contacts go to HubSpot companies and contacts. OW Sync adds its own properties, all starting with owsync_, so they are easy to spot.
Can we write back to Glenigan from HubSpot?
No. Glenigan is a data source, so the connector is one-way. OW Sync reads projects, companies and contacts from Glenigan and keeps them up to date in HubSpot. Your team works the leads in HubSpot, and nothing is sent back to Glenigan.
What do we need to connect?
A Glenigan API key from your Glenigan subscription. The key does not expire, so there is nothing to renew, and it is stored encrypted. Glenigan is available on the Standard and Advanced plans, built and supported by Cogent in the UK.
How do we install the Glenigan connector?
Choose Install on HubSpot, pick your HubSpot account and approve OW Sync’s access. OW Sync then asks for your contact and company details and takes you through connecting Glenigan. Setup includes creating the HubSpot properties and checking the first sync with you.
When do syncs run?
Scheduled syncs run every working day between 07:00 and 19:00 UK time, as often as your plan allows. On Advanced, you can also switch on weekend syncs. Workflow actions run whenever your HubSpot workflow triggers them.
